My fiancé and I just moved into Brinley. We LOVE the community so far, and our apartment is beautiful. We’ve had some minor maintenance issues that have had to be worked on upon moving in, but Colin has been prompt, courteous, and efficient in solving them! He even offered to give my little pup some treats, which I thought was extremely kind. Big thank you to him and all of the staff here for making our move-in a little easier!

I had an AC issue arise at my apartment and Colin was quick to respond! He stopped by early in the morning and was extremely professional and nice! Colin was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide a repair in a timely manner. I was quite impressed that he took the time to walk me through his repair and what he found the issue to be. It was great to have a conversation with him while he was working and get to know him a little better! He is a prime example of dependable knowledge and spectacular customer service! Thank you Colin!

My fiancé and I have lived at Brinley for 2.5 years and plan to renew our lease when we hit the 3 year mark. Recently we needed some maintenance fixes and put in a request late at night for 4 things to be taken care of. Collin came the next morning and fixed everything that we had concerns about. He has fixed things for us in the past and he is always friendly and careful of our space, he verbalizes what needs to be done to fix any issues and does a great job. It always surprises me how quickly brinley responds to maintenance requests and it’s greatly appreciated.

We noticed Sunday morning our toilet had stopped filling back up after flushing. I came home from work and put in a work order last night, Collin was here within 30 minutes of office hours.(I wasn’t expecting anyone to come until later in the day or until Tuesday in general) He was very polite and quick with his service. We thought we’d be filling our toilet up after every use for at least another day. So glad he was able to get to work see our work order and immediately get it done. Thanks Collin ?

Always appreciate how quickly Maintenance responds to our requests for a repair in our home. Colin lets us know he will be coming by, which is courteous. Today he came by to change our furnace filter and check a leaky toilet. He fixed the leak quickly and spotted an old part about to break, so he replaced that part with a new one. Preventative maintenance is terrific. Then he told us what he found and how he repaired it. Colin is not only a professional, but always friendly and kind.

I love living here. Our favorite thing here is the pet corner which is always stocked with treats and toys. Marisa & Leah take really good care of us and our fur children. We just had a paint night last week that was so much fun. Not to mention maintenance is very quick & our apartment is gorgeous. We love Brinley!

I have lived at Brinley Place for 7 years. My experience has been great. I recently transferred apartments and I love it even more now! Leah and Marissa are doing a fantastic job at creating a wonderful place to live. Maintenance is always quick and thorough. I have found the staff to be extremely accommodating and kind, many times going above and beyond their jobs. Neighbors are friendly and the community feels very safe. I love living here!

The property is in a great location and the models we looked at were well kept, spacious and for sure the best value we have found out of the 6 properties we’ve toured. Going from a house to an apartment was at first a scary thought, but Brinley Place makes us excited about the change. Thanks again to Siera for being so welcoming!

My husband and I have lived at the Brinley Place for right at a year now, and we are so thankful that we chose this complex. The staff provides some of the most kind, professional, and timely care that I have ever received from any business. The apartment we are in is just over 1000 sq. Ft, and for the price that we pay, you can’t find that combo ANYWHERE in the Dayton/Cinci area that provides the same quality and cleanliness to its residents. (Seriously. We visited 20 other complexes!) The pool has recently returned to its normal operating hours since COVID, and they are more than reasonable hours considering I’ve rarely seen anyone there in the first place – including Saturdays. There is a fire station about 3000 ft. down the road, but I have genuinely never even heard the trucks/sirens go off at night. In addition, yes, the complex is less than 5 miles from an AirForce base, but most people are aware of that after having done their own research – not the complex’s fault. Again, the planes can be loud during the day, but my husband nor I have ever been woken up at night because of their noise. Pros: – Excellent office and maintenance staff – Pool – Large apartments with reasonable prices – Close to base for military personnel – Within 5 minutes of Fairfield Commons/restaurants – About a mile to 675 – Clean, well-kept facilities – Pet-friendly with a small dog park – Patio space in every unit -NEST thermostats – Workout Facility – Laundry hookup in apts, OR laundry in clubhouse – First come, First served garage space Cons: – Close to base – Sometimes the trash comes at like, 4am (out of their control, I’m sure..) – Closed on Sundays – ??? After visiting so many places and seeing what they have to offer in comparison to the Brinley Place – and for the price that you pay vs. the size of your apartment – I cannot stress enough how glad we are to have chosen the Brinley Place!

I lived here since they were first built and recently moved out because I moved out of the area, and I was quite sad to go. Through my almost 4 years here the office was always very accommodating; maintenance was friendly, helpful, and timely. The office holds regular events and is engaged with the community, always listened to any complaints I had and took care of the issue promptly. The area is well maintained and quiet, I’d hear the odd footsteps up hallway stairs every once in awhile but never cabinet doors or talking neighbors like some apartments with thin walls. It was never loud at night, even on weekends I never had trouble with neighbor noise. The apartment itself is good quality and modern, has a good layout so I was never opening a door and blocking another person in or out of a room on accident. I always felt taken care of, staff rotated around their properties and some came back but they always knew me by name and not just unit #. They are hands down a model for how to run an apartment complex properly.

Great place to stay! Newly built, well kept, friendly neighbors and staff that care! We lived here for 3 years and loved it. We only moved because we purchased a house. The only downsides would be unassigned parking, so parking can be an issue. Office and maintenance staff change frequently BUT they are always friendly and helpful. However, these are not enough of an issue to take away a star.

Adam was incredible, and extremely willing to answer all of our questions and really give us the true experience of what it is to be a Brinley resident. We cannot wait to live here, and look forward to being a part of the community. Outstanding service, prompt response to any and all questions via email or phone, and extremely patient.
